End-of-day (EOD) data

Get the latest end-of-day (EOD) price for a stock, forex pair, crypto asset, or commodity. Returns the previous completed trading day's daily OHLCV bar: open, high, low, close, volume, the UTC date, and a timestamp. One request returns one bar, with no date ranges, intervals, or pagination to manage.

Reference

Which day you get
Previous completed day
Always the previous completed UTC day, bounded at 00:00:00 UTC. The current, still-forming day is excluded, so the value is stable if you refetch during the day.
Weekends & holidays
Never empty for a live symbol. On a weekend or market holiday you get the last day that actually traded, so a Saturday or Sunday request returns Friday's bar.
OHLCV are plain numbers
Shape
o, h, l, c, and v are numbers, the same shape as one bar from /v1/hist/*/bars. A client that already parses bars needs no new handling.
