Need a dataset we don’t cover yet?
Tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll check if it’s already on the roadmap or in a private beta, then come back with a scoping proposal. Enterprise customers can sponsor coverage to bring it online faster.
Cross-asset, multi-format, one schema.
We expand coverage based on real demand. The shape doesn’t need to match what’s on the site today.
Anything cross-asset
Crypto, stocks, forex, commodities, DEX, on-chain. Derivatives, indices, bonds, news, and alt data are open requests.
Any delivery shape
REST snapshots, WebSocket streams, batch files, or warehouse sync. Pick what fits your pipeline.
Sponsorship to fast-track
Enterprise customers can sponsor coverage of a specific market to move it to the front of the queue.
Same unified schema
Every new dataset lands in the same normalized JSON the rest of the platform uses. One auth, one shape, no rewiring.
One form. Be as specific as you can.
Name and email plus at least one dataset are all that’s required. The optional fields help us scope without a back-and forth.
From request to live data.
Four steps. No mystery. Most of the time we can confirm whether something is feasible inside a week.
- 01
You describe what you need
Markets, asset classes, delivery method, and how much history. The more specific, the faster we can scope.
- 02
We check coverage
Often the dataset is already on the roadmap or in a private beta. If so, we'll connect you to the existing path.
- 03
We scope and reply
If it's net-new, we share a proposal: scope, lead time, pricing, and any sponsorship options.
- 04
You go live
Once delivered, it lands under your existing API credentials in the same unified JSON schema as the rest of the platform.
Common questions.
How long until I hear back?
We typically reply within two business days with either a scoping proposal or a question to narrow things down. Urgent or large-scope requests get prioritized.
Is requesting a dataset free?
Yes. There's no cost to ask and no obligation to buy. If the dataset is on the roadmap, we can usually connect you to a beta path at no extra cost beyond your existing plan.
What does it mean to sponsor coverage?
Sponsorship means an enterprise customer commits to a usage tier or a one-time engineering fee to bring a market online sooner. In exchange the dataset typically ships within a defined window, and the customer keeps standard access pricing afterwards.
What if the data I need already exists?
We'll route you to the existing endpoint, SDK, or beta channel and explain how to enable it on your account. No new contract needed if it's already covered.
Can I request multiple datasets at once?
Yes. Pick everything that applies. Combined requests help us scope a bundle and often unlock better pricing than asking for each piece separately.
What information should I include?
Names of the markets or assets, how you'll consume the data (REST, WebSocket, batch), the history depth you need, expected volume, and your timeline. The optional notes field is the best place for context like compliance constraints or vendor migrations.
